Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.  

The biggest mistake with snake plants is overwatering. After all, they're succulents! In summer, water to keep the soil a little moist. In the winter, let it dry out almost completely. Stick your finger in to the first knuckle to tell whether you need to give it a drink. When needed, water until it runs out the bottom, and dump out the saucer under the pot. No plant likes wet feet! Keep it in a room with average indoor temperatures from about 65 to 75 degrees. Dust the leaves occasionally with a damp cloth.

We will replace any houseplant that fails to thrive within 30 days of placing your order. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
