Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.  

Like all prayer plants, 'Beauty Kim' will thrive best with high levels of humidity and indirect light. Leaves raise at night as if in prayer, and will lower themselves to catch the morning light. This plant is shipped in a 3.5 - 4 inch pot. Pot size guide.

We will replace any houseplant that fails to thrive within 30 days of placing your order. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
