How to Plant
STEP 2) Once you've located the perfect spot, the hole you are digging must be at least double the width and as deep as the root system you are planting.
STEP 3) Remove the plant from the pot and place the root ball in the hole. The top of the root system should be level with the ground. Before placing the tree or shrub in the hole, use your hands to gently break up the root system.
STEP 4) Once the plant is in place, backfill the hole with native soil and any leftover potting material.
STEP 5) Pack down the soil to eliminate any air pockets.
STEP 6) When finished, water thoroughly.
I have never ordered plants online before. But after not being able to find what I wanted locally, I decided to take a chance. I ordered a blueberry bush -Powder Blue. It arrived in a very sturdy and large package. The bush is in beautiful condition. I definitely would order from this company again.
You read a lot about trees poorly shipped by companies/nurseries, but these came in great condition and were well protected.
I ordered both a Brightwell and a Powder Blue and they were shipped quickly ( 2 days) and with good care. I got them planted asap into the raised bed that I had prepped for them, and within 1 week already had signs of new growth on the plants.
The first blueberry bush did not look good but they sent me a new one right away and it was smaller but healthier looking. So far it is doing well.
this arrived to me in pristine condition. Very healthy and beautiful! Thus is the second plant I have bought from this site and both times have been great experiences. Will buy from here again!
