Orders will ship from either our CA or FL location. 

Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.  

Though it may vary depending on the species, hoyas are generally easy to maintain. They're not too particular about soil type as long as it has good drainage and they don't need much fertilizer.

They prefer indirect light but can tolerate low light levels, making them ideal for apartments or office settings. Hoyas are also relatively drought-tolerant, so you won't need to water them too often.

The main thing to remember with hoyas is that they like to be pot-bound, so don't re-pot them too often, or they may stop blooming.

We will replace any houseplant that fails to thrive within 30 days of placing your order. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
