Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.  

Hoya australis is a type of hoya plant known for its rounded, oval-shaped leaves, long climbing vines, and fragrant white flowers. Native to Australia, this vigorous hoya grows best with lots of bright, indirect light, well-drained soil, and water only when its soil feels dry.

We will replace any houseplant that fails to thrive within 30 days of placing your order. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
