Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.  

The Ficus Audrey is less finicky about irregular watering and more adept to filtered light. Despite this, they do prefer some humidity, and this can be achieved by placing your plant with other houseplants, or by placing them on pebble trays, which will create a humid localized environment around the Plant. When it comes to watering, Ficus Audrey is less difficult than many of its counterparts. It does, however, appreciate even moisture throughout. It is best to water after the top 5 - 10cm of the potting soil has dried.

We will replace any houseplant that fails to thrive within 30 days of placing your order. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
