Calathea Rufibarba 'Furry Feather'

Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.  

Always keep the soil moist, but avoid waterlogging at all costs. As with most calatheas, Calathea rufibarba does not tolerate hard water well, so water with lime-free water such as rainwater if possible. Water that is high in lime also increases the pH value of the soil long term which can potentially lead to problems with nutrient uptake.

We will replace any houseplant that fails to thrive within 30 days of placing your order. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
