Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.  

Overwatering and overfertilizing are common problems for this plant, leading to foliage discoloration and root rot. But, that doesn't mean you can neglect the Philodendron gloriosum, you still need to consider the light, temperature, and moisture levels to produce a healthy specimen.

We will replace any houseplant that fails to thrive within 30 days of placing your order. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
