Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.  

Ensure your environment has high humidity with no direct sun light. Above all, this plant should be watered with soft water only. It needs to be free from calcium carbonate and other minerals found in many urban water sources. If you water your Calathea with hard water, its leaf tips may get brown and crispy.

Calatheas love high humidity, so make sure to keep it in an environment hat has at least 60%. Combined with an attentive watering routine, you will be rewarded with a healthy-looking plant with no burnt edges

We will replace any houseplant that fails to thrive within 30 days of placing your order. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
