Orders will ship from either our CA or FL location. 

Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.  

*Use a porous potting mix in a relatively shallow pot.
*If planting outdoors, do so in May after frosts, but plant anytime indoors
Feed the plant regularly.
*Keep the plant moist, but avoid over-watering.
*Provide the plant with plenty of bright indirect sun, but keep it out of direct sunlight.
*As a houseplant, rotate frequently to expose it to equal light on all sides.
*Pinch off blooms (which are insignificant) to maintain breathtaking leaf displays

We will replace any houseplant that fails to thrive within 30 days of placing your order. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
