Orders will ship from either our CA or FL location. 

Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.  

Water weekly during the growing season (spring and summer) and reduce watering in the fall when temperatures drop. It's time to water when the top inch of soil is dry. Make sure your ivy is potted in a well draining soil and a pot with drainage holes

We will replace any houseplant that fails to thrive within 30 days of placing your order. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
