Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.  

The Alocasia wentii prefers soil that is well-draining. This means the soil should allow water to pass freely without becoming waterlogged. Excess moisture can lead to root rot and other fungal diseases, which can harm your plant's health.

The Alocasia wentii plant thrives in moist, well-draining, and nutrient-rich soil. It prefers potting mixtures that retain moisture while still being well-aerated. It is important to avoid using compacted and dense soil, as the roots of the plant require oxygen to grow properly.

We will replace any houseplant that fails to thrive within 30 days of placing your order. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
