Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.  

A well-draining soilless potting mix instead of straight potting soil is essential to prevent root rot. Using equal parts sustainable coco coir (or sandy potting soil), perlite or pumice, and orchard bark will keep things nice and loose. Partial Light: The key is mimicking their native tropical rainforest conditions as closely as possible.

We will replace any houseplant that fails to thrive within 30 days of placing your order. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
