The Alocasia Reginula is a unique houseplant but beware that it is on the harder side to care for. It requires bright, indirect sunlight as well as soil that is constantly moist from watering. *Very Sensitive to Cold Weather*

Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.

Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
