- How to Plant
Due to the Agricultural Laws that are in place, we currently cannot ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US territories. We cannot ship trees internationally. If you have any questions concerning transit time for your order, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or toll free 855-817-5268.
STEP 1) First, decide on a planting location. Consider carefully what kind of sun, soil, and growing-space your tree or shrub will need.
STEP 2) Once you've located the perfect spot, the hole you are digging must be at least double the width and as deep as the root system you are planting.
STEP 3) Remove the plant from the pot and place the root ball in the hole. The top of the root system should be level with the ground. Before placing the tree or shrub in the hole, use your hands to gently break up the root system.
STEP 4) Once the plant is in place, backfill the hole with native soil and any leftover potting material.
STEP 5) Pack down the soil to eliminate any air pockets.
STEP 6) When finished, water thoroughly.
I was expecting a smaller blueberry bush in halfway decent shape after shipping and what I got was amazing. It was this huge bush in great shape with blueberries already covering it. Not to mention the bush was about as big as I am. I was very amazed and will be ordering again.
I'm very pleased with this order! The bushes were healthy and bigger than I expected. Shipping was fast and the plants were packaged carefully.
Ordered Climax, Powder Blue and Brightwell blueberry plants. Extremely happy with the service and the plants. Will order more.
I have to admit the only reason for the 4 star review and not a 5 is because the Alapaha and Premier that accompanied this Climax were twice the size. The plant appears healthy. The rootball was well protected and in great condition but the branches and leaf out along with the flowers was nowhere near the other two. Perhaps that is comparing apples to oranges and my concern is totally unfounded but time will tell. It’s in the ground and I hope to see good things to come. Plant Me Green does the best packaging of multiple plants I have experienced to date.
Very happy, in great condition upon opening.
