Orders will ship from either our CA or FL location. 

Most orders ship USPS with the packing methods pictured below. Larger orders may ship FedEx. *Please note that we have additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.  

Dieffenbachia is one of the most laid back plants you could find. They prefer a shady spot but will thrive in bright light and generally like to stay pretty moist. Commonly known as Dumb Cane, they love humidity but will manage to grow in nearly all conditions!

We will replace any houseplant that fails to thrive within 30 days of placing your order. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Proof of failure may be requested in the form of a picture sent to our customer service team. Houseplants are not included in the 1 year tree guarantee.
